Familiar Faces, new Company.
The core team of the JMS AG partners has spent the good part of their business life working at renowned companies within the GSE and tooling industry. Every single one brings in his long term international experience – and passion for the aviation support industry.
JMS AG Management:
Mr. Matthias Korward, CEO Chief Executive Officer
started his career as a design engineer, later continued into technical support. He served as a Sales Manager, Sales Director and Business Development Manager in the GSE & tooling industry for more than 20 years. Matthias Korward graduated in Mechanical Engineering and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Marketing from the Graduate School of FU Berlin, Germany.
At JMS AG, Mr. Korward takes responsibility for the company's operations.

Mr. Florian Spieker, Vice President Sales & Marketing
graduated as an Industrial Engineer at the HKA Karlsruhe, University of Applied Sciences in Germany, and developed his career as a worldwide Sales Manager with more than 30 years of successful experience in B2B sales and product management, about 20 years thereof within the aviation support industry. Florian Spieker lived in Latin America for a total of 13 years, speaking Spanish, building up business, networks and strategies.
At JMS AG, Mr. Spieker takes responsibility for International Sales within APAC, Europe & Latin America, Middle East as well as for Marketing.

Mr. Richard Schilberg, VP Sales & Technical Services
started his career as a mechanic and later continued into sales. Richard is a Graduate in Business Administration (VWA) from the Academy of Business and Administration, Freiburg i.Br. He followed his late father, Mr. Rudolf Schilberg, into the company who successfully developed the CIS market for JMS AG for several years.
At JMS AG, Mr. Schilberg takes responsibility for all sales activities within the territories of Africa, Baltic States, CIS, Eastern Europe, Turkey and USA as well as for the Defense sector.
